TORONTO is the city where stem cell science was born, thanks to Dr. James Till (on the right) and Dr. Ernest McCulloch (1926-2011).

Their research laid the foundation for what could be the most promising and ethically controversial area of international medicine today.  The sculptures, created by RUTH ABERNATHY, were installed in 2016 at the MaRs Complex on College Street.
