The Dutch have come up with a fantastic service based in Amsterdam & Hilversum which broadcasts radio stations from all over the world – across Canada, the USA, Britain, Ireland, Australia, Scotland, France etc.  Just type in Radio-Garden and you’re set to go. This non-profit digital research project was developed from 2013 to 2016, by the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision; the Transnational Radio Knowledge Platform; and five other European universities. It takes no time to begin using the service – Tune into Radio-Garden, follow the globe; choose your location; click on the tiny green dots; and thousands of radio stations worldwide will be at your service.
