Mayor JOHN TORY and Police Chief MARK SAUNDERS are highly rated in the latest Forum Research Poll. Mayor Tory 72% and Chief Mark Saunders 66%.

Forum Research president LORNE BOZINOFF on Mayor Tory’s rating – “I think the public reacts (well) to Tory’s middle-of-the-road approach of modest tax increases and modest budget cuts.”

On Chief Saunders – “As more people get to know … Saunders they will react to him like those who already know him, so his ‘don’t know’ ratings will go down and his approval ratings will go up.”
