Enjoying the unseasonably warm temperatures, this youngster was spotted in Nathan Phillips Square outside New City Hall on Friday.  Steven Evans: “I was at City Hall to take photos for my client of the new skating pavillion. I was wandering around with my camera when a nice guy pointed out the bird.
