DON’T TAKE THE CITY OF TORONTO’S 10-MILLION TREES FOR GRANTED – L.E.A.F.

TREEHUNT4 LEAF (Local Enhancement and Appreciation of Forests) is always focused on ‘perennials with elongated stems or trunks, supporting branches and leaves) – in other words, TREES. We have over 10 million of them in the City of TORONTO alone, with an estimated canopy cover of 28%.  The fine speciman below was photographed by city councillor Joe Pantalone.  It stands in front of the Press Building at Exhibition Place.
