GO Transit, TORONTO’s suburban rail network, is turning down the volume on the upper deck of its northbound commuter trains. Beginning on February 11, signs will be posted to indicate low-volume areas – which means muted cellphones, tablets, laptops and earphones.
Meanwhile, GO Transit’s glass-topped commuter terminal is shaping up at UNION STATION. Much improved platforms, signaling systems, and access to the subway are in the works. Way to GO!
