GLEN ROAD’s old Victorians are heading for oblivion . . .

These abandoned 19th century row houses have been like this for 45 years, but the winds of change are blowing.  Proposals have been submitted for massive redevelopment – four residential towers of 43, 50, 53 and 56 storeys.  So far, nothing has been approved; planning staff wants more consultation.  This row sits a few hundred metres from Rosedale, TORONTO’s most upscale neighbourhood.
